- There are four ways to place an order with Woods Furniture:
- Using our website by adding your items to the basket and checking out
- Via our Virtual Assistant chat and video call service. Click on the widget in the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Over the phone on 01305 262666, select either option provided.
- Or in one of our two stores in Dorchester, Dorset
- You can pay for your order using the following methods:
- Visa or Debit Card
- 0% APR Finance
- Cash (In store only)
- If you experience issues when processing payment on our website, do not worry, this is usually because card details have been entered incorrectly, or our site cannot calculate your delivery charge.
- If you are sure you're entering your card details correctly, but payment is still an issue, please call 01305 262666 and we will be able to take manual payment over the phone.
- If in checkout you have completed your order and your method is "Payment by Phone", this will be because your location is outside of our delivery zones. If this happens, please call 01305 262666 and we will be able to advise on your delivery charge and take manual payment for your order.
- If your payment has been refused, please contact your card issuer for details on why your card was declined.
- Your order confirmation should be with you via email within a few minutes of placing your order. If you don’t receive this confirmation, it may have ended up in your junk/spam folder.
- If you still can't find your order confirmation, please call customer support on 0333 241 48 84 and we can investigate for you. We may discover there is a typo in your email address and can correct this for you, and then forward your confirmation again.
- On our product pages and during checkout, we give an estimated delivery window. This is also noted on your order confirmation. This window will depend on a number of factors such as:
- The type of item you have ordered
- The way the item is delivered to you (which kind of courier)
- Whether the item was not in stock but “Available to Order”.
- Please be aware that the delivery times are estimates and although we do everything possible to ensure your order is completed within the estimated delivery window, delays out of our control can occur. We endeavour to update you if there are any significant changes to your delivery estimate.
- If you created an account, you can login to your account to see all your order details. The leadtime shown in your order details will be what the leadtime was when you placed your order (we are looking to improve this in future to update each day so it is live).
- Your order will show an order status
- “Payment Pending” for finance orders where the finance has not yet been completed/approved.
- “Awaiting Dispatch” we have not shipped your order yet, but payment is complete.
- “Completed” means we have dispatched your order and it is in the hands of our couriers.
- If you created a login/account when you checked out, you can login to your account and can change various details such as your email address/phone number and other contact details.
- However, if you would like to change the items you ordered, you will need to do this over the phone with our customer support team on 03332 414 884 or email customersupport@woods-furniture.co.uk.
- Please note personal details including delivery address, are not possible to change if your order is on finance with us. This is part of the terms & conditions of the finance, due to credit checks carried out.
How to cancel your order
- Cancelling your order is simple. If you created a login/account when you checked out, you can login and cancel your order (giving a reason when prompted), from within your account.
- If you do not have a login, you can cancel your order with our customer support team by sending them and email to customersupport@woods-furniture.co.uk.
- We allow 14 days to process your refund when you have cancelled (but this is usually much quicker).
- All cancellation requests must be before despatch of your order to receive a full refund including your delivery charge.
- Some items on our website are made to order. This means that unfortunately we are not able to accept returns requests for these items due to change of mind.
- All your lovely products will be shipped together once everything is ready to go. So what happens if, for example, you order a bedside table and a wardrobe and your bedside table is in stock but your wardrobe isn't quite ready yet? Well, in this scenario they'll both be sent once the wardrobe arrives in our warehouse.
